Terms of Service
These terms govern use of BreakDome, a subscription-based live break management software service operated by AfterBreakz LLC.
Service
BreakDome provides browser-based breaker workspace tools and live board sources intended for use with livestream production software. You are responsible for your own livestream, sales activity, platform compliance, hardware, internet connection, and third-party accounts.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and member-specific live board URLs secure. Do not share access in a way that compromises your account or the service.
Trial and subscription
New BreakDome accounts include a 14-day free trial with full BreakDome Pro access. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial. Unless canceled, billing begins after the trial on the plan you selected: BreakDome Razz at $14.99 per month, BreakDome Core at $19.99 per month, or BreakDome Pro at $29.99 per month. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. You may manage your subscription, change your selected plan, or cancel through the billing controls in your dashboard.
Cancellation
When a subscription is scheduled to cancel at the end of a trial or billing period, access remains available through that scheduled end date. Access may be restricted when a subscription is canceled, unpaid, past due, disabled, or otherwise no longer eligible.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other members, reverse engineer protected service components, or use BreakDome for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
BreakDome may be updated as the product evolves. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Third-party services
BreakDome integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, Cloudflare, TikTok LIVE Studio, and OBS. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.
