This notice describes the information BreakDome uses to operate member accounts, subscriptions, and live breaker workspaces.
Information used by BreakDome
Account information may include your display name, email address, verification status, membership status, and workspace data you enter into the Break Manager. BreakDome also stores identifiers needed to connect your account to its subscription and member-specific board state.
Payments
Subscription checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. BreakDome uses Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and billing status to determine product access. Payment-card details are entered into Stripe's hosted payment experience rather than the BreakDome dashboard.
Security and account access
BreakDome uses account authentication, email verification, security checks, and member-specific workspace identifiers to protect access. You should keep your password and live board source URLs private.
Service providers
BreakDome relies on service providers to operate features such as hosting, security, email delivery, and billing. Information necessary to provide those functions may be processed by those providers under their own privacy terms.
Retention
Account and workspace information may be retained while needed to operate the service, maintain account history, support billing, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
Changes
This notice may be updated as BreakDome adds or changes product features. The effective date above identifies the current version.
