Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy

1. Notice of Non-Affiliation

BreakDome is an independent software platform providing digital tools for sports-break management and broadcast presentation. BreakDome is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any professional or collegiate sports league, team, athlete, association, or media network.

All third-party trademarks, trade names, logos, and other brand identifiers remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in user-supplied content does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of BreakDome.

2. User-Uploaded Content

BreakDome allows users to upload custom images, graphics, and other content for use within their boards and broadcasts. Users are responsible for the content they upload and represent that they have the rights, licenses, permissions, or other legal authority necessary to upload and use that content. BreakDome does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.

3. Intellectual Property Complaints

BreakDome respects the intellectual property rights of others. A copyright or trademark owner, or an authorized representative, who believes content made available through the BreakDome service infringes their rights may submit an intellectual property complaint to legal@breakdome.com with the subject Intellectual Property Complaint — BreakDome.

The notice should identify the intellectual property claimed to be infringed, identify the disputed content and the BreakDome account or location where it appears, provide contact information for the complaining party, and provide sufficient information for BreakDome to evaluate the complaint. Additional information may be required for notices submitted pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

4. Removal or Restriction of Content

BreakDome reserves the right to remove, disable, restrict, or replace disputed user-supplied content when appropriate, including while an intellectual property complaint is being reviewed. Where technically appropriate, BreakDome may replace disabled custom artwork with its standard neutral default badge system without deleting the user's underlying account or unrelated content.

BreakDome may take additional action with respect to accounts that repeatedly or materially violate this policy or the rights of third parties.
